Yesterday we had a workshop on how to develop an MVP (minimum viable product), which shows the entire chain from data collection, via data analysis to visualization of the results.
Leif had prepared the exercise where we used the tree diagram from 7 management tools as a method.
We divided ourselves into two teams, both of which worked on the question of how to develop our MVP.
